Tesoro Management is planning for a very active and strong Vacation Rental Program (VRP) at it’s beautiful beachfront resort condo community. As more and more people are becoming aware of the natural beauty of Playa Palo Seco and it’s desirous location, we are confident that the demand for quality, family oriented vacations will draw many renters to Tesoro.

There will be an on-site Property Management / Vacation Rental building that will serve as the offices for our VRP. Here renters will check in and find everything necessary to assist them in enjoying a relaxing stay at Tesoro. The VRP will be supported by its own website dedicated to attracting renters as well as sharing the more than 10 billboards Tesoro owns around Costa Rica.

We anticipate that the typical “in season” condo / townhome renter will wish to rent a unit for a week at a time. The “in season” runs from December until May though an owner could expect vacation rental activity throughout the year. There will also be plenty of demand for 2-4 night stays year round-especially from Costaricans living in San Jose who want to escape to the beach and take a break from city living.

In all, owners wishing to rent their condominiums or townhouses at Tesoro should experience a very nice return on investment when they are not enjoying their units themselves!
