If you come to visit us, coordinate your trip through our Sales Office, meet with our Sales Team, and buy a beautiful condominium from us, we will wire transfer $2,500.00 to your US Bank Account to reimburse you for your travel expenses. The transfer will be made within 30 days after the execution of the sales contract.

Right now, if you buy a beautiful condominium in either Building #5 or Building #6, our fabulous “Pool or Garden” orientations, we will award either a credit towards your purchase or a furniture package valued as follows:
